Being fully restrained and masked or blindfolded puts you into sensual deprivation so that any external actions being done to you have you increasingy sensitized. Whether you are receiving pain or other sensatins simply makes the experience so much more wonderful. As an addicted pain pig thats how I get off more intensly.
