as an active guy, what would you say is your average daily caloric intake? and what do you think is the fat/protein/carb breakdown of your diet?
It's been years since I did a real intensive breakdown of my caloric intake. I lived with a Registered Dietitian for a year. It was very convenient and informative.
It is around 4000 calories a day. It is probably around 40 carb, 30 protein, and 30 fat.
